How long does each cleaning take?
This will depend on the type of cleaning and the frequency of the cleaning schedule. Typically, a 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom basic house will take approx. 2.5-3 hours. Again, this will depend on your cleaning requirements.
Are your cleaners identity checked?
Yes, all our cleaning staff are insured, and undergo a rigorous identity assessment and in-person interview process and perform background checks prior to hiring. This includes Police and reference checks.
Who's responsible for the supplies?
We provide all cleaning products, equipment and clothes for all our cleans. All products we use are of top quality and labelled, all equipment is tagged and tested.
What cleaning supplies do I need?
We bring all of the necessary supplies, including a vacuum and paper towels. If you have a preferred product to use (e.g. for wood floors) just let us know.
Do I need to be home for the cleaning?
No, you can leave a key for us at a pre-arranged spot and we'll handle it from there.
Do you clean on the weekends?
Yes, we do! We work 7 days a week and start early as 8 am and finish around 6pm.
Are your services eco-friendly?
We do have teams that use only green products. Just request that you'd like a full green team on the booking form or phone and we'll make sure they're sent to your home!
